Posting times and rates

Postage and packaging charges are based on the total value of each order. Prior to confirming and paying for an order, you can see what the delivery charges will be by adding products to your shopping cart and choosing the country you wish to ship to. Your shopping cart will automatically update the delivery charges when items are removed or added.

United Kingdom
We use Royal Mail First Class service which usually takes 1-3 working days once despatched. This service is not trackable and we are unable to guarantee an order will arrive within this time scale. If you need an order to arrive quickly or by a certain date, please email us so we can confirm this is possible. 

Europe
For all orders to Europe we ship via Airmail which usually takes 3 - 10 working days to arrive once despatched. This service is not trackable and we cannot guarantee an order will arrive within this time frame. If you would like to track your order and need it by a certain date then we suggest you opt for the International Signed For service which usually takes 3-5 working days. 

Rest of World
Due to custom restrictions on importing seeds we are unfortunately unable to ship worldwide. There is a list of countries to choose from when you checkout - If your country is not on this list then we currently cannot ship to this country. Please email us for further information or checkout our stockist page as we may have a local retailer that can help.
